We are looking for a Team Lead Engineer – Data Centres who is ready to make an impact in a fast-growing market. Someone who is technically strong, enjoys collaborating with customers and colleagues, maintains oversight, takes initiative, and is energised by leading a team and complex technical projects.

What will you do?

As Team Lead Engineer, you are the technical cornerstone of our projects. You will:

• Coordinate the work of technical teams.

• Be responsible for the correct functioning of monitoring and control systems (DCIM/EMS/BMS).

• Collaborate closely with project managers, customers, and suppliers.

• Support the sales team with technical input for calculations and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Oversee the construction of control panels (external) and coordinate hardware and software implementation.

• Supervise commissioning engineers and ensure the quality of project execution.

• Link product development with project execution and actively contribute to innovation initiatives.

What will you bring?

You are a motivated engineer with a strong technical background and a customer-focused mindset. You also bring:

• A completed higher professional education (ICT, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).

• A minimum of 7 years of experience with industrial software applications.

• Knowledge of EMS/EPMS, BMS, and/or DCIM systems.

• Familiarity with SQL databases, SCADA, Modbus, BacNet, OPC, and related technologies.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

• Willingness to visit customer sites regularly and occasional travel within Europe.
