Your Mission:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the HR functions across both domestic and international operations. You will become an integral member of the internal SAP HCM team, actively participating in the implementation of group-wide HR IT projects, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors. Your contributions will be vital in the ongoing development of the hybrid SAP HCM landscape, encompassing both the global SAP HCM system and SAP SuccessFactors, as well as driving the digital transformation of all HR processes. This will involve:
- Providing expert support to HR departments both locally and internationally.
- Collaborating within the internal SAP HCM team on the implementation of group-wide HR IT initiatives, particularly within SuccessFactors.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the hybrid SAP HCM environment (global SAP HCM system and SAP SuccessFactors) and the digitalization of all HR workflows.
- Advising the HR department on best practices and processes related to SuccessFactors.
- Supporting the team with the introduction and ongoing support of additional SuccessFactors modules.
- Driving the implementation of innovative HR technology solutions, from strategic planning and roadmapping to full HR transformation.
Your Profile:
To excel in this demanding and multifaceted position, you will possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, an IT vocational training, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, proven experience in SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and other SF modules, customizing, and interfaces.
- Experience working with core hybrid solutions within the SuccessFactors environment is advantageous.
- A solid understanding of human resources processes and a genuine interest in collaborating with diverse HR teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent teamwork abilities, and exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English and German.
