As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a Contract AI Engineer to join us onsite and contribute to critical AI initiatives. Supply chain experience is highly beneficial, as several projects are focused on optimizing logistics and operational workflows.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer for a 6-12 month on-site contract. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI models, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that have immediate and measurable impact. This role offers the chance to work hands-on with complex data sets, implement advanced machine learning models, and contribute to real-world applications, particularly in the supply chain domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop data pipelines, model training, validation, and monitoring systems.
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering on large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Integrate AI models into production environments alongside engineering teams.
- Apply AI technologies to optimize supply chain operations, including forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
- Stay current with the latest AI research and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience developing and deploying AI/ML models.
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience working with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a contract environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience applying AI/ML solutions in supply chain, logistics, or operations-focused industries.
